Description
Model LCF505 Low Profile Universal Pancake With Tension Base is the LCF500 with the added tension base option. Similar to the LCF500, the LCF505 Low Profile Universal Pancake With Tension Base features a low profile design that can be used in both tension and compression. The flexure is made from a rugged 17-4 Stainless Steel and the capacity ranges from 20,000 lbs to 50,000 lbs. Options for Metric Threads, Fatigue Rating, and Amplified Version are readily available.
The Low Profile Universal Pancake With Tension Base offers high accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.1% and Deflection of 0.002” to 0.003” nominal. The standard LCF505 Low Profile Universal Pancake With Tension Base can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in US and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
